Improvements to the ETA Notifications 11 December 2017

Dear valued partner,

With our desire to continuously provide a seamless shipping experience, we’ve recently made some changes with our website’s ETA Notification feature to provide a better service to our customers.

These improvements will offer a faster delivery of updates and more accurate information with regards to changes in vessel schedule.

More Options for ETA Notification Frequency1.

We are pleased to announce that from December 8, 2017, you can set your ETA Notification frequency to 12 or 4 hours!

Create New ETA NotificationIn the previous version, you can set the notifications to ‘daily’ to receive ETA Change Notifications every 24 hours. Today, you now have the option to set your ETA Notification Frequency to as often as 4 hours or 12 hours, depending on your requirement.

Improved Format of ETA Notification Attachment.2.

We have listened to your feedback regarding the file attachment of our ETA Notifications, which we used to send in a .CSV file format.

Starting December 8, 2017, our ETA Notification attachments will be sent in a friendlier Excel format. These attachments contain critical shipment information such as the transport plan and changes to the ETA of your cargo, to help you manage your shipments better.
