MCC values our customers’ feedback. Last year we launched what we call the Customer Service Survey. It is a quick 7-8 minute survey held bi-annually where thousands of customers are invited at random and given an opportunity to voice their opinions on MCC’s company and services.
The responses we received have become instrumental in implementing improvements to give you the best service possible.
Our journey to continuous learning never stops and we want you, our customers, to be part of it. On 4 June 2018, we will launch another quick survey to hear your voice and understand how we can serve you better.
We have entrusted the service of Growth for Knowledge or GFK, a specialist in market research, to facilitate the survey on our behalf. Same as last year, GFK will randomly select customers from our database as respondents. The selected participants will receive an invitation from email address MCC-Survey@gfk.com to take part in the survey.
The survey closes on 27 June 2018.
