As to reflect the market conditions and the increasing operational costs, we would like to announce the adjustment of local surcharges for all export and import shipments from/to Vietnam, effective 1st January 2016. Full details of the changes are outlined below:

Surcharge Type AMF (Transport Document Amendment Fee)	Applied on per Bill of Lading	Amount (VND)* 900,000	Note 1st amendment: E-channel: free of charge; Email: subject to Transport Document Amendment Fee 2nd amendment: Transport Document Amendment Fee will be applied regardless of submission channels.
Surcharge Type LPF (Late payment Fee)	Applied on per Bill of Lading	Amount (VND)* 1% of prepaid outstanding or minimum VND 500,000 per week	Note Applicable if the payment has not been settled within 7 days after actual departure for export shipment and arrival date for import shipment.
Surcharge Type Payer amendment fee	Applied on per case	Amount (VND)* 900,000	Note Applicable to any changes of payment terms or original payers
Surcharge Type TLX (Electronic Cargo Release)	Applied on per Bill of Lading	Amount (VND)* 850,000	Note Upon "'Telex' or 'Express' release" only after the BLs have been surrendered.
